2016 Nationwide Tax Forum Seminars available for CPE credit

November 16, 2016

If you did not attend the 2016 Nationwide Tax Forums this year, it's not too late to earn continuing professional education (CPE) credits. There are 13 interactive, self-study courses now available for view at the IRS Nationwide Tax Forums Online site, including downloadable PowerPoint slides and transcripts for each seminar.

Certain courses may be viewed at no cost, allowing you to obtain pertinent information about a wide variety of tax topics and IRS procedures. Topics for this year include 2017 income tax law changes, employment tax updates, Affordable Care Act employer information reporting, getting your case ready for Appeals, due diligence requirements for 2017, a TAS seminar on advocating using the Taxpayer Bill of Rights, and much more.

In addition to the recently added seminars, the IRS Nationwide Tax Forums Online site offers many other seminars from prior-year tax forums. Check out these three Seminars from 2015 Tax Forums 2015 tax forum seminars presented by Taxpayer Advocate Service:
