Some decisions involved in the credit require human judgment and are beyond the scope of the estimator. These things are left to you. The Estimator does not determine

• Which insurance plans you can include,
• Which employees you can include, or
• What amount of your employees' wages is included (i.e. the amount that is subject to Social Security and Medicare withholding).

You need to decide on each of these items.
